Our Promise

  • We care for and clean our short-term rentals as if they were our home.  When we travel, we want to stay somewhere clean and comfortable and you deserve that, too!
  • Our Vacation Rentals are pet free. Those with allergies can feel safe to enjoy their stay without that added concern.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No fee charged if the cancellation is within the first 24 hours of booking.
 
  • Early cancellation: Guests that cancel their confirmed reservations at least 10 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund with only a $50 cancellation fee.
 
  • Short notice cancellation: In case of cancellations less than 10 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged for one night with no cancellation fee.
 
  • On/after check-in date: If the guest changes or cancels the booking on or after the check-in date for the accommodation, they will be charged for the first night plus any additional nights they have stayed and will be refunded 50% of any/all nights not used.
