Carmen represented us in the sale of a home near Readstown, WI. She was very responsive and created a marketing plan and a fantastic video in a short period of time. We listed the property on a Sunday evening, had two viewings on that Monday and an offer and acceptance on Tuesday! She consulted and advised on what steps to take to enhance the property value and on the listing price. She is a great listener and explained carefully how she identified comparable properties. She assisted us with finding contractors when the inspection revealed a few matters that needed attention and assisted every step of the way in scheduling inspections, repairs and the closing.
