I wanted to send this out in appreciation to Shaynn. I had dealt with Shaynn before when selling my mother’s home, and was so impressed by his knowledge, communication, and professionalism. So, when Jim and I were just thinking of selling our home in the future, I contacted Shaynn to see if we could work with him to see if there would be any interest in our property. He came out, gave us an appraisal. Then I asked if we did have a buyer would we have to sell? No, it would be totally up to us. Well, with three offers in three days, we met with Shaynn.
