We would strongly recommend Carmen. We would not have our dream cabin without her. She was so professional and knowledgeable about the driftless region, quickly responded whenever we called or texted. We really enjoyed working with her. We looked over a year and viewed many properties and Carmen was so patient and really had our best interests at heart. She made the process so much less stressful.Bob and Linda
