5 out of 5! Carmen was the best realtor! She listened to our wants and needs and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. It never felt like she was trying to sell us a house, but she was always trying to help our family find our first home . When we finally found the one, we were nervous, had doubts, and lots of questions but she remained calm, supportive, informative, and stayed at bat for us.
