Shaynn was fantastic to work with. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions. Shaynn was always available for us, via email, phone, or text. There were many times that I sent him a message late in the evening or on the weekend, and he never hesitated to answer or work with us. The first house we offered and was accepted didn’t end up panning out, and my husband and I were concerned we wouldn’t find the right house. Shaynn never stopped working for us, and managed to find the perfect home, in an area we had previously not personally looked. He provided good explanations for pricing points and negotiations. In the end, we feel it was a good deal for us. Shaynn worked many hours to help us get into our dream home, and we are grateful for his hard work, patience, and timeliness.
