This was my husband & my first time buying a house & we were absolutely petrified! We had no idea what to expect, especially with the market in its current state, no idea how any of it worked, etc & Shaynn, Nicole & their team were absolutely amazing, answered all of our questions, even as crazy or stupid as we felt asking! We honestly felt like we had big brother on our side looking out for us to ensure we didn’t just buy any house, but a home that was perfect for us! We went into this process knowing we would have to compromise on at least some of our wants & we ended up getting ALL of our wants in a home that is solid, well taken care of, recently remodeled & in a dream of a location! 

I would recommend New Directions to ANYONE buying a house for the 1st time OR 20th time! I cannot stress enough that this process felt easy because of the well oiled machine of a team that make up New Directions!
