I don’t know if we would have been able to find our new home without Carmen. She was incredibly helpful in our search. She took the time to get to know us and get a real feel for our needs, and then helped us pinpoint the right area to look in. She was always quick to answer our calls and texts. She made the negotiations, inspections, and closing process a breeze. In addition to being great at her job, she’s just a delightful person. If you are going to be spending a lot of time looking at properties with someone and talking on the phone about home inspections and such, it helps when they are fun to spend time with! I highly recommend working with Carmen, and I would call her again in a heartbeat if I was looking for a new place.
