Greetings! Thank you so much for taking an interest in me. I was born and raised in Minnesota but have lived in Wisconsin now since 2011. My family and I are very pleased to be here, and I personally am very excited about being on the New Directions Real Estate team. I take great pride in striving every day to be the best at what I do. Our family has moved five times in the last fifteen years, and we have learned much about what matters most to homeowners during the buying and selling processes. Moving is a big deal! I will take great care in handling your transaction, whether buying or selling, as if I were the one moving. Before real estate, I worked in purchasing/procurement, so I will use my expertise from many years of negotiations to secure the deal you want, on the best possible terms.
I live in Sparta, and primarily operate within an hour to an hour and a half radius from where I live, specializing in the counties of Monroe, La Crosse, Vernon, Jackson, and Crawford.
Although I spend lots of time helping sellers, I have specialized training focusing exclusively on buyer representation, evidenced by my “Accreditted Buyer’s Representative” (ABR) accreditation, which has resulted in numerous closed transactions. My advanced training and proven experience give me a comprehensive understanding of the buying process and in-depth knowledge of today’s buyers’ needs, concerns, and challenges.
I’ve never personally served but I’ve always had a deep appreciation for those who serve our country. I also have many friends and clients who still serve. I chose to pursue my “Military Relocation Professional” (MRP) certification and have used it to help many military families, who receive their Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders, whether they are moving to or from Ft. McCoy, find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.
This business is all about building relationships and helping people – I’ve always told clients that, and I do truly love what I do! I think it shows, and I have many positive reviews across various platforms from past clients who echo this sentiment. In my spare time, you will find me at home with my family – helping with homeschool, participating in our kids’ activities (basketball, horses, Civil Air Patrol, etc), or serving in our faith community. I also enjoy watching football (SKOL Vikings), hitting the gym, and showing houses, of course! I’ve built a successful real estate business over the past 6+ years, and I look forward to working with you to ensure a smooth and easy experience!
